However, our technicians are skilled in the installation and servicing of all market brands. We offer post-installation Service Level Agreements.
Raised Access Flooring affords the client the opportunity of creating a fully accessible floor void beneath which all dedicated services may be run; from data cabling, Telkom and power reticulation, to plumbing, chill water piping and fridge piping. Most importantly, the raised floor cavity may be used as a pressurized void to effectively air-condition the data or server room environment. Typical raised floor installations may consist of the following components
- Supply and installation of various brands and types of raised access flooring; eg. Uniflair and Movitech (40mm wooden laminate panel) and Donn (35mm steel & concrete fill panel).
- Supply and installation of steps, ramps, portable ramps, air diffusion grills, dedicated cable cut-outs etc.
- Supply and installation of client branded glass floor panels and up-lighting.
- Supply and installation of Rubberizing.
- Repair, cleaning and re-leveling of existing access floor.
- Survey of floor and 'spotting' the sub-floor so that other contractors (electrical, data etc) may pre-install their services.
